About this file

This document outlines the standard terms and conditions for the eVA Quick Quote program, which is the Commonwealth of Virginia's statewide electronic procurement solution administered by the Department of General Services. The eVA portal serves as the primary gateway for vendors conducting business with state agencies and public bodies throughout Virginia. All vendors seeking to provide goods and/or services to the Commonwealth must complete free eVA Vendor Registration, and failure to register will result in bid rejection. No specific products, services, quantities, response dates, or contract terms are detailed in this document, as it functions as a general procedural framework applicable to all eVA Quick Quote solicitations.

All resulting orders issued through eVA Quick Quote solicitations are subject to an eVA transaction fee in accordance with the eVA Fee Schedule available at www.eVA.virginia.gov. The Commonwealth will invoice this fee to awarded vendors approximately 60 days after the order issue date. The Commonwealth of Virginia does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in its procurement activities. This document was last revised on October 24, 2016.
