About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) for a Managed Care Inventory System Solution. The RFP is for software technology to track and optimize medical supplies for TTUHSC's Managed Care Division - Montford Unit, which operates across 23 facilities at 18 geographical sites. The current inventory is estimated to be between $150,000 to $250,000 and is managed manually without an inventory management system. The RFP requires the system to support up to 200 par locations with an estimated 500 stock-keeping units (SKUs) at the largest location. TTUHSC is seeking proposals that meet the minimum requirements outlined in Section 5.2 of the RFP.
The RFP requires proposers to be current with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and to provide a Certificate of Franchise Tax Status. The RFP also indicates that the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) certification may be required, but the specific level of certification is not specified.
