About this file

This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Houston Community College (HCC) for Financial Advisory Services. The RFQ outlines the evaluation criteria for selecting a qualified firm, including the firm's qualifications and experience, proposed approach and methodology, past performance and references, and small business practices. The eligible jurisdictions include Harris County and the City of Houston. To be considered for the award, proposers must meet certain minimum requirements, such as having adequate financial resources, a satisfactory record of past performance, and necessary personnel and management capability. The RFQ also specifies that only individual firms or lawfully formed business organizations may apply.

The RFQ does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources. However, it notes that the selected firm will be required to provide financial advisory services to HCC.
