About this file
This is a solicitation exhibit from the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) providing vendor information and instructions for submitting responses through the DPS Online Bid Room for the Wallisville Grounds Maintenance Services contract opportunity. The document outlines the submission process and requirements for vendors interested in bidding on this Texas state contract. Vendors may submit responses electronically through the DPS Online Bid Room or through alternative methods specified in the solicitation package. All submissions must comply with the specific forms and delivery methods identified in the complete solicitation package, and responses must be submitted by the deadline stated in the solicitation. The document emphasizes that failure to adhere to submission requirements may result in disqualification, and late submissions are not accepted under any circumstances.
The DPS Online Bid Room requires a two-step vendor registration process, with vendors registering at the designated portal and receiving login credentials via email within two business days. The document provides multiple resources to assist vendors, including a vendor user guide, frequently asked questions, tutorial videos, and dedicated support contact information. Vendors are advised to allow adequate time for the registration process to meet response deadlines. The document clarifies that technical difficulties or delays in the optional DPS Online Bid Room do not constitute grounds for protesting a contract award, and that electronic submissions receive automatic confirmation through the system. Vendors are directed to review the complete solicitation package, including all exhibits, and contact the identified DPS point of contact with any solicitation-related questions.
