This document is a solicitation for a mask aligner system with align-for-bond capabilities for use in the Detector Development Lab at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. The system must align a mask to a substrate and expose ultraviolet light through the mask. Quotes are due by January 7, 2022. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous based on technical capability, past performance, and price in descending order of importance. Technical capability and past performance combined are significantly more important than price. The successful offeror must deliver and install the system within 12 months of award and provide training. The offeror must demonstrate experience producing similar mask alignment systems and bonding equipment. The system and services provided must support both IPv4 and IPv6.
