The contract is available to state agencies and Wisconsin municipalities through cooperative purchasing arrangements. The contract provides statewide electronic waste recycling services for items including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, servers, monitors, televisions, and peripherals, with onsite data destruction and asset tracking services. Electronics are categorized as either "resale items" (which contractors may refurbish and resell) or "end of life items" (which must be retired), with each category offering per-pound rebates that are deducted from invoices. The contract runs from September 27, 2023, through September 26, 2026, with two optional one-year renewal terms extending through September 26, 2028. Pricing is zone-based with pickup fees covering up to 12 pallets or 8,000 pounds, and the contract allows for state purchasing card usage. Special provisions apply to municipalities using the E-Cycle Wisconsin program, with Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations limited to end-of-life items only for this program.

Regency Technologies services do not differ for E-Cycle Wisconsin program items.
