About this file
This document is a North Dakota State Contract for LinkedIn Recruiter, designated as Contract Number 360. The contract is a cooperative purchasing agreement established under North Dakota Century Code, making it available to a broad range of entities including state agencies, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, public educational entities, governmental boards and commissions, nonprofit organizations established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers, and the International Peace Garden.
The contract covers LinkedIn Recruiter services with pricing to be mutually agreed upon at the time of purchase, not exceeding list pricing. While participation is optional and the total contract volume is undefined, the contract allows participating entities to leverage the state's negotiated terms. Notably, the contractor is required to accept purchasing card payments without passing processing fees to the purchasing agency. The contract includes a survivability clause ensuring that existing agreements remain in effect even after the contract's expiration or cancellation, providing continuity of service for participating entities.
