About this file

This document is a Participating Work Order for Recruitment Services under State Contract #004, involving a contractor and a participating entity in North Dakota. The document appears to be a standard template for engaging a recruitment services provider for a specific position, with provisions for both the contracting agency and the recruitment firm to collaborate on a hiring process.

The scope of work covers comprehensive recruitment services including candidate identification, screening, background checks, interview preparation, and placement assistance. While specific pricing details are not fully completed in this template, the document outlines a flexible payment structure tied to specific deliverables in the recruitment process. The contract follows the original master contract's period and renewal options, and includes provisions for potential travel reimbursement, candidate and contractor travel coordination, and detailed reporting requirements. The recruitment services encompass a wide range of activities from initial job analysis through final candidate selection, with specific attention to compliance with North Dakota state regulations, including potential veterans' preference considerations.
