The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is procuring the services described in the box below. You have been selected by the contractor identified above to provide past performance information to HUD to be used in evaluating the offeror’s proposal for this acquisition. Thank you for your input.
CO to summarize the services acquired here.
The purpose of this task order is to obtain contractor services to provide for another round of performance evaluations, updates, and re-estimation of the confidential scorecard algorithms using FHA data and performance experience from loans insured from 1997 through current day with associated credit histories procured through other contracts that culminates in a final report reassessing scorecard performance in the context of alternative formulations with respect to scorecard prediction of loans likely to default and claim from borrower credit issues as well as fair lending impacts at alternative cutpoints.
For each of the Five (5) criteria listed below, the rater must choose One (1) Adjectival Rating by checking the box, as applicable. At a minimum, for any rating that is checked Marginal or Unsatisfactory, please submit additional comments to substantiate the rating. If Cost Control is N/A, Please explain why.
