Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one night’s room tax will apply if a customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Check-In/Out Time Currently, the Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 P.M., and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. (subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to store baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on their departure day.
Minimum Revenue: This Contract will generate revenue for guest rooms. The minimum revenue anticipated by Hotel under this Contract (excluding taxes and other charges and fees) is:
Minimum Group Room Revenue $11,340.00
If Group does not meet its obligations or cancels this Contract, it agrees that Hotel will incur damages that are difficult to quantify. Both Parties acknowledge that the Event will generate the agreed Minimum Revenue and other related revenues for the Hotel that it would receive from Group and its attendees during the Event. Hotel has agreed to this Contract based on those anticipated revenues. The Parties agree that cancellation or incomplete performance will result in losses for the Hotel, including but not limited to lost revenue, time, effort and expense in negotiating the Contract and preparing for the Event, reselling time and effort costs, missed opportunities and other losses. As a result, the Attrition and Cancellation clauses serve as reasonable liquidated damages intended to address these uncertain damages, replacing actual damages, and are not considered penalties. All damages will be subject to applicable taxes. The Parties expressly agree that the damages set forth below provide for liquidated damages agreed upon by the Parties as a reasonable estimate of Hotel’s losses and are not an unreasonable or unenforceable penalty, and the damages will not be challenged on that basis.
Attrition: Group will meet its minimum revenue requirements under this Contract if it fulfills its Minimum Food & Beverage Revenue commitment above and its Adjusted Minimum Guest Room Revenue commitment based on the attrition allowance below.
Adjusted Minimum Guest Room Revenue: 80% of Minimum Guest Room Revenue = $9,072.00
This attrition allowance does not apply if Group cancels the Contract or does not hold the Event at Hotel. If Group holds its Event at Hotel, but does not fulfill its Adjusted Minimum Guest Room Revenue commitment it will pay Guest Room Attrition Damages (plus all applicable taxes and charges) as a reasonable estimate of Hotel’s losses as follows:
Guest Room Attrition Damages = Adjusted Minimum Guest Room Revenue minus actual guest room revenue from Room Block
Cancellation: If Group cancels this Contract, Group will provide written notice to Hotel, accompanied (except in the case of a Force Majeure) by payment of the amounts indicated below:
From the Contract Date to 60 days prior to 11/13/25: 60% of Total Minimum Revenue = $6,804.00 From 59 days or less prior to 11/13/25: 80% of Total Minimum Revenue = $9,072.00
The Parties agree that the amounts included in this Cancellation clause are reasonable estimates of the losses that would be incurred by Hotel as further described above and factor in Hotel’s ability to mitigate its losses through resale. Therefore, no reduction or credit for resale will be applied.
Payment Options: Payment will be to a master account.
Payment: Unless direct billing has been established, the Event is not considered definite until Payment Information is received.
1. Direct Billing: If Group wishes to establish credit with the Hotel for the purpose of direct billing a portion of its account through the use of a Master Account for the Event, Group agrees to submit any information requested by the Hotel’s Finance department and that the Hotel may review any available credit reporting services and attempt to confirm its credit based on such sources.
Credit applications must be fully completed and returned to the Hotel ninety (90) days prior to the Event. Payment of Direct Billing: Subject to the approval of credit by the Hotel, authorization to direct bill may be issued and payment will be required thirty (30) days upon receipt of an invoice from the Hotel. For any charges that remain unpaid after thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, a late payment charge equal to the less of 1½% per month, or the highest rate permitted by law, shall be applied on the remaining balance until paid in full. We request that Group review its Master Account with the Hotel prior to departure. Group must provide an itemized list of disputed charges within fifteen (15) days of receiving the final invoice, or all disputes are waived. Both parties will work in good faith to resolve any disputes, and Group will pay the remaining amount once resolved.

This card will be charged 72 hours prior to Thursday,November 13, 2025 if full payment has not already been received. In the unlikely event the card would be declined, another method of payment must be received at that time
Subsequent Events If the Group’s Master Account remains unpaid after sixty (60) days, or if required advance payments are not made, in addition to Hotel’s other remedies, Hotel reserves the right to cancel any future events included in this Contract or any other contract without liability. Group will be responsible for cancellation damages outlined in each event agreement. Hotel may also cancel this Contract or future events (1) if Group's attendees cause significant damage, disruption, or criminal activity, again without liability to Hotel or (2) if Group’s intended use of the premises was not properly disclosed and causes conflicts, disruptions, or risks to Hotel guests or property.
