Questions and Answers #2

1. Question: Have the requirements of this RFQ been performed by another contractor? If so, who is the incumbent, what was the contract amount, how many hours by labor category was the contract, how long have they been performing the work, and how much travel expenses did they incur?

Answer:

· Current Incumbent: Veronica Campbell

· Contract Amount: $384k

· Total Hours: 1,500 Hours Per Year

· Incumbent has been performing the work for more than five (5) years.

· Travel Expense: Approximately $10,000.00 Note: This is for informational purposes only and is not a representation of the Government’s actual requirement for this solicitation.

2. Question: Attachment 5, Performance Work Statement, page 5, section 1.2.5 “Travel” – Please advise the dollar value of travel that is anticipated to be performed for the contract, and if our travel dollar estimate is required to be include in the Price Proposal?

Answer: The government included a not to exceed travel cost of $10,000.00 per year as indicated in the Price Schedule (See 21Jul11 Continuation Pages Attachment, page 3 of 9). The contractor is not required to propose on travel. For more information on travel, please refer to PWS paragraph 1.2.5.
