1. Question: Is this a compliance audit of subrecipients?

Answer: No, this notice is for the acquisition of Governmental auditing and attestation support services. The subsequent solicitation will provide additional details.

2. Question: Is this an external audit of the financial statements?

Answer: No, this notice is for the acquisition of Governmental auditing and attestation support services. The subsequent solicitation will provide additional details.

3. Question: Does the audit and attestation services need to be performed onsite?

Answer: Yes, the services will be required to be performed on-site.

Answer: The subsequent solicitation will provide additional details.

4. Question: What would be the ideal (8)a CPA candidate to award the Government Auditing and Attestation Standards to in the pre-solicitation stage?

Answer: The Government does not have an “ideal” (8)a CPA candidate. Rather, the Government will evaluate all Offeror’s in accordance with the requirement outlined in the solicitation.
