About this file
This document contains pre-proposal questions and answers for RFQQ DNR 25-24 from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) regarding Aviation Mobile Offices. The Q&A document, dated February 12, 2025, addresses technical inquiries about electrical connections for the mobile offices that will be stationed at air bases across Washington State.
The document clarifies two key technical specifications: 1) Each office location has an existing service box ready for electrical hookup, with wiring runs from the service box to the mobile office panel not to exceed 100 feet, and 2) Photos of the electrical service boxes cannot be provided since the air bases are currently unoccupied with no on-site personnel available.

PRE-PROPOSAL ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS
RFQQ DNR 25-24 - AVIATION MOBILE OFFICES
Can you let me know the approximate distance for each site that we will need to run power to the building?
There is an existing service box at each office location that is ready for hook up. Wiring from the service box to the mobile office panel should not exceed 100 feet.
Are we able to get the site contact to send photos of the panels the electrical will be hooked?
The air bases are currently unoccupied, and no personnel are available on-site to provide pictures of the electrical service boxes.
