Attachment 4 Performance Measurement and Reporting
The Contractor shall compute and report the following performance measurement standards monthly, in electronic media, via e-mail to the JPATS Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officers Technical representative (COTR) in a format determined by the Contractor, for each leased aircraft and for the fleet as a whole.
Aircraft Availability Rate:
The Aircraft Availability Rate relates to the days per month that each assigned lease aircraft is available for use by JPATS. This time does not take into account the days the aircraft is unavailable for use by JPATS due to a “Scheduled” maintenance event.
The Aircraft Availability Rate for each assigned leased aircraft will be determined by dividing the total number of days the aircraft was available in the month by the total number of days the aircraft could possibly be available that month then multiplying by 100.
NOTE: An example would be an aircraft that was available 25 days in a month and could possibly be available 30 days that month. 25 divided by 30 equals .8333, multiplied by 100 equals 83.33% Availability Rate.
