QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

RFQ DJF-15-1200-Q-0000036

1) The solicitation states 1500 online users. Does it mean that the requirement calls for access to a basic x-ray course only? Yes

We typically recommend taking an initial course and then periodic refresh practices and tests throughout the year. Agree, we want optional periodic refresh and practice available to those who take the initial basic course.

We also offer 3-year and 5-year contracts to ensure that users maintain their proficiency on an ongoing basis. Should we provide pricing for one course, yearly access, 3-year access or 5-year access? Not at the current time. We will look at multi-year contracts in the future.

2) Will all 1500 users need to be trained during a certain period of time or would the training be spread throughout the year? Our standard offering limits access to up to 100 concurrent users (i.e., up to 100 users can train at exactly the same time). However, this can be expanded if needed. We cannot determine how many personnel will need access at any one time; the training is for 1500 personnel. Without question a need to have several hundred personnel logged in, at one time, is a must.

3) Will the client be interested in generating their own training programs (i.e., assign one or more account managers) or are they interested in a turn-key courses only? NO, turnkey only. See item 4 below for client (FBI) generated program.

If the client is interested in adding training programs, managing images, editing training programs, creating new programs, defining various sites and assign them to users (very useful if users are spread throughout the country), etc. N/A

(a) Will it be for a certain period of time? N/A

(b) Should we include a training session for an account manager (either online or on-site) in our proposal? N/A

4) The requirement "Customization to meet client needs" is unclear. Will the client be interested in generating new images by merging any number of images from Tamar Group's image repository? These new images will be visible to the client only and not to other clients. This functionality is available to account managers only. No; the requirement to customize to meet client needs refers to the long term plan to work with our (FBI) Training Division to develop a standalone program for purchase that will be placed exclusively on FBI systems.

We are happy to commit to uploading a certain number of images throughout a given time period but if there is a specific requirement to provide a very large number of images, this may incur additional cost. Should we provide pricing for that? No

5) Would the Government consider an extension to the due date of this RFQ based on these questions? The due date will be extended to Monday May 18, 2015.
