About this file

Disqualification Disclosure - Station Alerting System at Fire Station 36, Pasadena

This is a Disqualification Disclosure document related to the City of Pasadena, Department of Information Technology's procurement for a Fire Station Alerting System at Fire Station 36. The document appears to be a standard form used to identify parties that may be disqualified from bidding on the project due to conflicts of interest, prior performance issues, or other exclusionary criteria established by the City of Pasadena. The disclosure ensures transparency in the bidding process and allows qualified contractors to compete fairly for the turnkey fire station alerting system installation project.

The disqualification disclosure serves as a control mechanism to maintain procurement integrity for this project, which aims to replace aging alerting equipment at Fire Station 36 located at 1140 N Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena, CA 91103 with modern state-of-the-art technology. By establishing clear disqualification criteria, the City ensures that only eligible contractors with appropriate experience in fire station alerting system design, installation, and support can participate in the bidding process, thereby protecting the project's integrity and ensuring successful delivery of emergency response and firefighter safety improvements.
