About this file
This document is a letter from the Arizona State Procurement Office (SPO), issued by David Steuber, State Procurement Administrator, to Gina Corwin of the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS). The letter grants a temporary increase in procurement delegation authority, specifically for the State Procurement Office temporarily increasing DHS's procurement delegation to $25,000,000 in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R2-7-202.
The temporary delegation is specifically for solicitation BMP005681, the Well Woman Health Check Program for the Arizona Department of Health Services. Due to Corwin's current limited delegation authority as Compliance, Finance, and Procurement Manager, her procurement authority is being increased to $25,000,000 for this project. The delegation is effective February 23rd, 2024, and will remain in effect until the project's completion or June 30th, 2029, whichever occurs first. The State Procurement Administrator retains the right to revoke or modify this authority at any time.

Gina Corwin, The State Procurement Office (SPO) temporarily grants the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) a temporary procurement delegation of $25,000,000 in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R2-7-202.
The agency presented to the State Procurement Office a need for an increase in delegated authority in order to allow DHS to award and oversee solicitation BMP005681 Well Woman Health Check Program for the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Due to Corwin’s current, limited delegation authority of Compliance, Finance, and Procurement Manager, we hereby increase Corwin’s delegated authority for this commodity/service to the delegated amount of $25,000,000 for the completion of this project, or June 30th, 2029, whichever comes first.
This change in authority is effective as of today and shall remain in effect unless otherwise revised, pursuant to the requirements described in this letter. Your authority may be revoked or modified by the State Procurement Administrator or his designee at any time.
