The contract outlines comprehensive online auction services where GW Business Solutions will manage the entire sales process, including combining assets into lots, taking high-quality item pictures, writing descriptions, posting and conducting public online auctions, and handling collections and billing. The compensation structure includes a 10% buyer's premium and an 8% auctioneer's commission, which will be deducted from the sale proceeds. Payments to the seller will be made monthly via ACH transfer, with electronic statements, and the transfer occurs 14 banking days after buyer payment. The contract allows state agencies to purchase services without volume guarantees, with purchases under $2,500 permitted via state payment card and larger purchases requiring an official state purchase order.
