About this file
This document contains a Trade Agreements Certificate provision. It requires offerors to certify that end products provided are U.S.-made or designated country end products, as defined in the solicitation clause. Offerors must list any end products not meeting this definition by line item and country of origin. The provision states that the Government will evaluate offers in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation part 25 policies and procedures. For items covered under the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement, the Government will evaluate U.S.-made or designated country end product offers without applying the Buy American statute and will consider only these offers unless no offers or insufficient offers are received for such products.
