About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (#1) for Contract #CTR077319 issued by the Arizona Department of Child Safety (ADCS), Office of Procurement & Contracts, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The amendment is specifically related to a contract for Parenting Time Services.
The amendment modifies several key aspects of the original contract, including clarifying procedures for no-call/no-show visits and make-up visits.
