About this file

The document is a Procurement Assistance (PA) Request from the Arizona Department of Economic Security, specifically from the Division of Financial Operations and Office of Procurement. The request involves the Arizona Caregiver Coalition, a domestic nonprofit corporation based in Phoenix, Arizona, and is focused on reviewing a new Scope of Work for the Family Caregiver Program and Lifespan Respite Care program. The current contract (CTR051288) is being prepared for a new contract term from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030.

The contract is for Aging Services and appears to be a direct contract with no competitive bidding process indicated. The document suggests this is a renewal or continuation of an existing program supporting family caregivers. While specific financial details are not fully completed on the form, the procurement request indicates the contract will be for services related to caregiver support. The contract is set to run for a five-year period, with the Arizona Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) managing the procurement. No specific funding source is definitively marked, though government funding is implied given the nature of the agency and program.
