About this file

This document is an Offer Response Form for an Automotive Parts and Repair contract for Light Duty Vehicles (BPM006653), submitted by Earnhardt Ford for the Arizona state procurement system. The contract covers multiple counties in Arizona, with the contractor specifically noting Maricopa and La Paz counties, and offering statewide coverage. The document is designed for potential contractors to provide detailed pricing and service information across three primary categories: OEM Parts, OEM Labor and Repair, and Labor and Repair with non-OEM parts.

The contract offers pricing structures with specific terms including a minimum two-year warranty, no purchasing card surcharges, and detailed pricing for evaluation parts such as air and oil filters. Pricing is structured with discounts and specific delivery charges ($10 per county), with provisions for restocking fees ($0-$50 depending on part type) and core charges requiring part returns within 90 days. Labor rates are established at $140 per hour for base OEM automotive repair, with additional options for field service, pickup/delivery, and auto body repair. The contractor offers towing services and can deliver parts to most Arizona counties, with some minor delivery restrictions noted.
