About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) for a contract to procure graduation items. The solicitation number is BPM006631 and is being conducted under Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-2535, which governs procurements not exceeding a prescribed amount. The state has determined that restricting the procurement to only small businesses is not practical for this solicitation.
The contract seeks to establish pricing for various graduation-related items including caps, gowns, tassels, sashes, stoles, year drops, diploma frames, and related accessories. Vendors are required to provide a percentage discount off their established catalog prices, with the successful bidder F&B Graphics offering a 20% discount. Delivery timeframes are set at 7 working days for in-stock items and 14 working days for out-of-stock items. The contract will have an initial term of twelve months, with potential extensions, and is subject to a total aggregate spend limit of $100,000 across all awarded contractors. The items will be delivered to multiple Arizona State Prison Complex locations and other ADCRR facilities listed in Exhibit A of the document.
