About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for contract CTR066078, involving the contractor On Any Moto. The amendment pertains to a statewide contract for motorcycles, side by side vehicles, and ATV quad bikes, and is being processed through ADOT's Procurement division.
The amendment accomplishes two primary objectives: first, it modifies the administrative fee structure, increasing the rate from 1% to 1.5% effective January 1, 2024, and further increasing to 2% on January 1, 2025, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-2633. Second, the contract is mutually extended from June 16, 2024, through June 15, 2025, with all other existing terms and conditions remaining unchanged. The administrative fees apply to all contract sales to cooperative buyers, and failure to remit these fees is considered a material breach of contract.
