About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement Division, involving LZ Delta LLC for Contract No. CTR066077. The amendment pertains to a contract for Motorcycles, Side by Side Vehicles, and ATV Quad Bikes, and is being modified to update administrative fee requirements and extend the contract period.

The amendment introduces two primary changes: First, the administrative fee for contract sales to Co-op Buyers will incrementally increase from 1% to 1.5% effective January 1, 2024, and then to 2% on January 1, 2025, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes and State Procurement Office guidelines. Second, the contract is mutually extended from June 16, 2024, through June 15, 2025, with all other existing terms and conditions remaining unchanged. The amendment emphasizes that failure to remit the administrative fees constitutes a material breach of contract, potentially subject to state remedies and contract termination.
