About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment Summary issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division for Contract Number CTR066075, involving contractor Logistics3656. The amendment pertains to a contract for motorcycles, side by side vehicles, and ATV quad bikes, and is being processed under the state's standard procurement guidelines.

The amendment makes two primary changes: first, it increases the administrative fee paid by the contractor to the state from 1% to 1.5% effective January 1, 2024, and further to 2% on January 1, 2025, as specified in State Procurement Office Technical Bulletin 007. Second, the contract is mutually extended from June 16, 2024 through June 15, 2025, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged. The administrative fee is applicable to all contract sales to cooperative buyers, and failure to remit these fees can result in contract termination.
