About this file
This document is a solicitation and contract from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement for Land Title Products and Services. The solicitation covers multiple counties in Arizona, including Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma. The contract is designed to establish a comprehensive term contract with qualified firms or individuals to provide land title products, escrow services, and title plant access and information statewide.
The contract aims to create a pool of contractors to provide land title products and services on an "on-call" schedule basis, with ADOT reserving the right to select contractors from this pool for specific assignments. The contract term is 12 months, with the potential for extensions up to 48 months. Contractors must be licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance and will be responsible for providing services such as title commitments, preliminary title reports, updated title reports, escrow services, document retrieval, and title insurance policies. The solicitation emphasizes that ADOT makes no guarantees about the amount of work that will be required during the contract term, and the contract is non-exclusive, allowing ADOT to obtain similar services from other sources when necessary.
