About this file
This document is a Contract Extension/Price Adjustment Amendment from the Arizona Game and Fish Department, involving Papillon Airways Inc. as the contractor. The amendment is for Contract Number CTR060178 and concerns Helicopter Flight Services. The procurement contact is Rachel Brashears, and the document was signed on January 23, 2025, by Kristen Micurescu, the Procurement Branch Chief.
The contract extension extends the existing agreement for 12 months, with a new expiration date of 05/02/2026. The amendment includes a 5% price increase for various helicopter services, which is deemed fair and reasonable by the state. The pricing covers different types of helicopter projects including wildlife population surveys, wildlife capture, water development/construction/water hauling, and eagle surveys/fish stocking. The contract covers two helicopter types: Bell 206 L-1 C30P and AS350 B3E/H125, with both project pricing and ferry flight pricing listed. An additional pricing option is included for services performed in Mexico. The contract was determined to be more advantageous to continue than to pursue a new competitive procurement.
