About this file
This is a Contract Amendment Summary issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for an amendment to contract CTR059565 with International Cybernetics Corp, related to Geospatial Roadway Data Collection and Inventory. The document is Amendment Number One (1) and was prepared by ADOT's Procurement division, located in Phoenix, Arizona.
The amendment modifies several pricing line items, increasing the not-to-exceed amounts for Pavement Data Collection from $365,008.00 to $648,850.85 and GPR Collection (HPMS Panels) from $66,288.00 to $135,259.43, while removing the Other Direct Costs line item entirely. The amendment also adds federal provisions related to sanctions for contract breaches, energy efficiency standards, and procurement of recovered materials, which apply to contracts exceeding $150,000. These changes appear to expand the scope and funding for geospatial roadway data collection services while ensuring compliance with federal procurement requirements.
