About this file
The document is a Contract Amendment Summary from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, involving an amendment to contract CTR059565 with International Cybernetics Corp for Geospatial Roadway Data Collection and Inventory. This is Amendment Number Four (4) to the original contract, processed on March 22, 2023, by ADOT Procurement Officer Kelly Greene.
The amendment authorizes a 1.5% price increase for two specific line items: Pavement Data Collection (Line Item 3), which increases from $648,850.85 to $658,583.61, and GPR Collection for HPMS Panels (Line Item 9), which increases from $135,259.43 to $137,288.32. The price increase is justified by Bureau of Labor Statistics Cost Index data showing motor vehicle maintenance costs up 12.5% and motor vehicle insurance up 14.5% in the past twelve months. The 1.5% increase is the maximum allowed for the first renewal period per the original contract's price increase percentage worksheet. All other terms, conditions, and provisions of the contract remain unchanged, and the price increase takes effect on March 29, 2023.
