About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office for Contract #CTR056871. The contract is with The James Agency, Inc. and involves Statewide Marketing services. This is the fourth amendment to the original Master Agreement, which was initially effective September 1, 2021, and has been previously extended through multiple amendments.

The current amendment extends the contract term from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 and adds a specific intellectual property clause related to the Arizona Office of Tourism. Under this new clause, the Arizona Office of Tourism will own all work created by the contractor specifically for their office, including comprehensive rights to intellectual property, copyrights, inventions, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, and patent rights. All other requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged. The amendment was executed to continue the statewide marketing services and clarify ownership of intellectual property for the Arizona Office of Tourism.
