About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office for a Statewide Marketing contract with Sportscom, Inc. - HMA Public Relations. The amendment is specifically Contract Amendment Four (4) with an effective date of September 1, 2025, and applies to contract numbers CTR056869 and CTR056870.
The amendment extends the contract term from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 and adds a special provision regarding intellectual property ownership specifically for the Arizona Office of Tourism. The contract originated on September 1, 2021, and has previously been extended through three prior amendments (executed on June 13, 2022, June 13, 2023, and June 7, 2024). The new intellectual property clause ensures that the Arizona Office of Tourism will own all work created by the contractor, including transferring all rights, titles, and interests in intellectual property if the work does not qualify as a "work for hire" under the original contract terms.
