About this file
This document is Amendment No. 7 to a Mandatory Use Contract issued by the State of Ohio's Department of Administrative Services (DAS), General Services Division, Office of Procurement Services. The contract (CSP901818) is with SAS Institute Inc., located in Cary, North Carolina, and is specifically for value-added analysis and reporting services. The contract is available to the Ohio Department of Education and was originally opened through a Request for Proposal (RFP) on 10/30/17.
The contract was initially effective from 01/01/18 to 06/30/21 and has undergone multiple renewals, with this amendment extending the contract for an additional one month from 07/01/25 through 07/31/25. Previous amendments included renewals, updates for fiscal year cost columns, and adjustments related to the COVID-19 public health emergency. Amendment No. 6 (issued 03/24/25) indicated that this contract will not be renewed beyond 06/30/25 and will be re-bid. The State makes no guarantee about the volume of services that will be purchased, but the Ohio Department of Education is eligible to make purchases of the contracted services at any time and in any amount as determined by the agency.
