About this file

This document is an Amendment #2 to a contract (CSP029888) between the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, and Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. The amendment modifies a Request for Proposals contract for the Evaluation of Harm Reduction Strategies for Underserved Populations, which was originally entered into on 06/18/25.

The amendment specifically changes the Staffing Plan and Time Commitment section by replacing Dr. Zachary Budesa with Dr. Meme Wang-Schweig. The current amendment becomes effective on 11/17/25 and will remain in full force for the duration of the contract, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged.
