About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) seeking to acquire licensing for Cority's "myCority" interface. The procurement is for an annual allotment of 50,000 myCority licenses to be used by the Division of Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS), with a base year contract and four additional option years. The myCority interface is a mobile-optimized end-user portal that enables NIH employees to report events, submit questionnaires, complete inspections, surveys, and other assigned actions, complementing the existing suite of Cority software modules already licensed by NIH.
The solicitation is associated with Solicitation Number 75N98025Q00018 and is being issued by the Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health. The requirement stems from the NIH's Office of Scientific Resources (SR) cluster and specifically the Division of Occupational Health and Safety, which aims to enhance employee safety and operational efficiency through this software licensing procurement. The SOW highlights NIH's extensive research infrastructure, which includes a 300-acre headquarters in Bethesda, MD, and additional facilities in Maryland, North Carolina, Montana, and Arizona.

INTRODUCTION
A part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is the largest biomedical research agency in the world. The NIH is comprised of 27 different components, called Institutes and Centers (ICs), each of which has its own unique research agenda. These ICs conduct their own research (called intramural research) and fund other research efforts across the U.S. and abroad (called extramural research). To support intramural research, NIH has a 300-acre headquarters campus in Bethesda, MD, and operates in additional facilities located elsewhere in Maryland, as well as North Carolina, Montana, and Arizona. The Office of the Director (OD) is the central office, responsible for setting policy for NIH and for planning, managing, and coordinating the programs and activities of all the NIH ICs. Nestled within the OD is the Office of Management (OM), which has an Office of Research Services (ORS).
The Office of Scientific Resources (SR) cluster leads, directs, coordinates, provides and manages scientific resources and regulatory activities for NIH employees. The Division of Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS) is a part of the SR cluster and is responsible for ensuring the highest practical degree of safety for the NIH community through the development and implementation of comprehensive occupational health and safety programs.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of this requirement is to acquire “licensing” for the use of a Cority’s Inc. “myCority” interface for use by DOHS to compliment an existing suite of Cority products already licensed to NIH.
Requirement myCority is an essential end user portal to provide an organization’s employees with streamlined access to the Cority Inc. software system. It is optimized for use on mobile devices and allows users to report events, submit questionnaires, complete inspections, surveys, and other actions as assigned. myCority’s features also complement the existing suite of main application modules licensed to DS users.
Through this procurement the agency is seeking to obtain an annual allotment of 50,000 myCority licenses. In addition to the base year, the contract will include four option years.
