About this file
The document is an email chain from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement department regarding contract extensions for Traffic Cabinets and Related Components. The contracts involve multiple vendors including AM Signal, Clark Electrical, Econolite, Peek Traffic, and Sierra Transportation, with contracts funded through both state and federal funding sources.
The contracts (identified by CTR numbers) for traffic-related components are set to expire on August 11, 2022, and ADOT is seeking renewal confirmation from stakeholders. The procurement process offers three response options: extending the contract for an additional year, re-bidding the contract, or terminating it if the commodity or service is no longer needed. The renewal request requires response by April 6, 2022, with a warning that selecting "no" will result in contract termination and removal of the specific service/commodity from future contractual availability. The contracts cover traffic-related equipment and components, with separate listings for state and federally funded contracts across six different vendors.

Your concurrence is necessary to ensure a contract for the needed service/commodity is in place to meet your work needs.
In order to ensure that the service or commodity doesn’t lapse you are required to respond to this email by April 6, 2022 with either a:
□ YES, extend the contract for an additional year; contract commodity or service is needed.
□ YES, re-bid; contract commodity or service is needed.
□ No, do not extend or re-bid; contract commodity or service no longer needed.
Please note, that if you choose not to extend or re-bid this contract and select No as an option, the contract will be terminated and that service/commodity will not be available on contract.
Thank you
