About this file

This is a Contract Exemption Spreadsheet related to an Illinois Tollway exempt procurement report for October 2026, documenting procurement actions by Burke Warren MacKay and Serritella. The spreadsheet serves as an official record of contracts exempted from standard competitive bidding requirements under Illinois Tollway authority. The document lists vendor information, contract descriptions, and exemption justifications for various procurement activities conducted during the specified reporting period. Each entry includes details regarding the vendor selected, the nature of services or products procured, contract amounts, and the statutory or regulatory basis for exemption from competitive procurement procedures.

The spreadsheet provides transparency regarding exempt procurement activities by detailing why certain contracts were awarded outside of normal competitive processes, including justifications such as sole source availability, emergency circumstances, or other exemption criteria recognized under Illinois Tollway procurement regulations. This report demonstrates the Tollway's compliance with disclosure requirements for exempt procurements and enables oversight of procurement practices that deviate from standard competitive solicitation procedures.
