Text version

1. For products #7 and #8, are these accessories going to be carved out into their own CLINs that can be ordered separately for resupply purposes for veterans and VA hospitals?

CLINS 0007, 0008 and 0009 will receive awards and potentially multiple awards. The language at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 3. b. speaks specifically to SUBCLINS. For example:

only an awardee for CLIN 0001 can be awarded the SUBCLINS under CLIN 0001. This will be elaborated on in formal solicitation to ensure there is no ambiguity.
