Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
Demountable Walls for Offices
Edwards AFB, CA 93524
i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for requirement.
ii. The solicitation number is FA9302-21-Q-0019 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ);
iii. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 2022-05 and DPN 20220318
iv. This acquisition is a small business set-aside and the associated with North American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
v. CLIN Nomenclature:
CLIN 0001 Demountable Walls for Building 1819E-F
CLIN 0002 Demountable Walls for Building 1820E, 2nd Floor

vi. Description of items to be acquired:
Building 1819 E/F
1) Custom build conference room 14' x 10' of demountable walls 3000 Integra 19' high
2) Custom build large conference room 27.5' x 21.5' of demountable walls 3000 Integra 10'ft high
3) Includes pre-manufactured power in raceway every 4' with (4 timely standards doors)
4) Total shipping and materials 69.1 ft
5) Demountable Walls Installation
6) Disconnect all power supply data from cubicle needed and secure
7) Disassemble 12 Cubicle and transport to near location @ Edwards AFB
Building 1820E 2d Floor
1) Custom build 3 Executive Offices 53' length ft x 6' wide of demountable walls 300 Integra 9' high
2) Includes pre-manufactured power in raceway every 4' with (3 timely standard doors)
3) Labor to install 3 executive offices on 2d floor
4) Disconnect all cubicle power supply secure
5) Disassemble 4 cubicle and transport to near location at Edwards AFB
6) Furnish and install 5 2x2 ceiling led light fixtures
7) Equipment rental boom lift
vii. Delivery Date: MUST BE received NO LATER THAN 20 June 2022. Please notate estimated delivery timeframes in quote.

ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items
Offerors shall prepare their quotations IAW FAR 52.212-1, in addition the following information shall be included:
Offerors shall submit quotes via email, please note the maximum file size is 10MB. Emails over this file size will not be received.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY INFORMATION:
Provide details of your firm’s ability to provide the product offered. This information will be used to determine the technical acceptability of the product offered. Technical Capability information is included
“Description of Items to be acquired” section (vi) above
ix. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2(a), the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the http://farsite.hill.af.mil/
Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made by applying another factor: speed of the small business vendor being able to provide for the acquisition. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:
a. Delivery Schedule (evaluation of offeror’s ability to meet delivery schedule needed shall be the most important factor considered)
b. Technical capability of the item/service offered to meet the Government requirement to ensure that it meets the requirement as outlined; and
c. Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options if applicable).
x. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror
Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
xi. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
xii. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive
Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition
