Colorado FY27 Vehicle BID Template Revision 2.xlsm

This is a vehicle bid template for the State of Colorado, Fiscal Year 2027, administered by Colorado State Fleet Management. The solicitation invites qualified dealers and vendors to bid on new vehicles across multiple body types and classes, including sedans, vans, pickup trucks, utility vehicles, and specialty vehicles such as police pursuit-rated vehicles, fire trucks, and ambulances. Bidders must select their company from a provided vendor list or register as a new vendor, then identify specific body type codes for which they wish to bid. Each body type selection automatically generates a dedicated worksheet requiring detailed vehicle specifications, including make, model, model year, trim level, OEM model number, EPA fuel economy ratings, and base price. Vehicle packages—such as tool boxes, towing options, snow plows, police equipment packages, and hydraulic liftgates—are available for selection depending on the vehicle class. The template accommodates both standard and optional specifications, with required fields highlighted in yellow. Bidders must complete all open tabs corresponding to their selected body types and vehicle packages.

The bid template requires vendors to provide comprehensive pricing information, including the standard vehicle base price and prices for any optional specifications selected. The template accommodates specifications for model year 2027 vehicles and newer, with representatives models provided for reference across various manufacturers including Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and others. The spreadsheet includes columns for exterior and interior color selections, OEM specification codes, EPA ratings for city and highway fuel economy, minimum fuel octane requirements, and delivery timeframes. A vendor notes section allows bidders to provide additional information not captured in the standard fields, and supporting documentation such as color availability lists may be submitted separately. The template is designed to standardize bid submissions across a large pool of potential vendors while accommodating the diverse vehicle specifications required by various Colorado state and local government agencies.
