Contract Amendment Summary
This is Contract Amendment Six (6) to Master Service Agreement CTR059502 between the State of Arizona, Office of Tourism, and a supplier providing France Travel Industry Marketing and Media Relations services. The amendment became effective October 27, 2025. The contract was originally executed on April 1, 2022, with five prior amendments executed on September 20, 2022 (price list update), February 7, 2023 (term extension to March 31, 2024), March 8, 2024 (term extension to March 31, 2025), May 10, 2024 (price list update), and April 1, 2025 (price list update).
The sixth amendment updates Section 6.2 of the Special Terms and Conditions regarding Contractor Insurance requirements to accommodate international companies and correct outline numbering. Key modifications include adding "USD" currency designation to all insurance coverage limits to clarify that amounts are in United States dollars, introducing a new Media Liability Coverage requirement with limits of $2,000,000 USD per claim and $2,000,000 USD annual aggregate, and adding provisions requiring insurance certificates be provided in English or translated by a certified service provider at contractor expense, and mandating all insurance policy amounts be in USD with alternative currencies subject to additional approval and potential higher limits. All other contract requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions remain unchanged.
