About this file
This document is a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement for a Coalition Cyber Policy issued by multiple insurance companies including North American Capacity Insurance Company, Arch Specialty Insurance Company, and Ascot Specialty Insurance Company. The policy is filed under number C-4LRU-172263-CYBER-2022 and is associated with Info-Tech Research Group, Inc. as the Named Insured. The effective date of the endorsement is May 19, 2022, and the specific jurisdiction identified in the schedule is the State of Arizona.
The endorsement modifies the existing cyber policy's subrogation rights, outlining the insurance company's ability to be subrogated to the insured's rights of recovery in the event of a payment under the policy. The document specifically describes the insured's obligations to preserve the insurance company's subrogation rights, including executing necessary documents and not prejudicing those rights without obtaining the insurer's consent. A key provision waives the right of subrogation for the State of Arizona, potentially indicating a pre-existing contractual agreement that limits the insurer's recovery options for claims originating from or related to Arizona.
