About this file
This document contains additional terms and conditions for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the State of Alabama's Division of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) for aggregate supply at the Meadows Tract. The solicitation requires bidders to submit proposals through the Alabamabuys supplier portal, with questions due by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The award will be made on an "all or none" basis to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specified requirements. Bidders must review all available tabs within the sourcing project, enter bid amounts on the item grid, validate their submissions, and complete all required documentation before final submission.
The awarded supplier must comply with several supplier qualification requirements, including submission of E-Verify documentation and the State of Alabama Vendor Disclosure Statement as outlined in the ITB Standard Boilerplate sections 13 and 15. Payment terms specify that the State of Alabama pays thirty days in arrears following invoice receipt. Any additional information requested from suppliers must be furnished within five business days of receipt. The contractor assumes full liability and indemnification responsibilities for actions of its agents, employees, officers, partners, and subcontractors, with liability extending to all claims, losses, suits, actions, damages, and costs arising from contractor performance, except for claims arising solely from the fault of the State of Alabama or its representatives. Limitations of liability do not apply to injuries to persons, including death, or to property damage.
