The contract covers multiple chemical products across four regions, with consistent unit pricing for each item. The pricing includes chemicals such as Gas Chlorine, Aluminum Sulfate, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Bisulfite, and others, with estimated annual quantities and total prices specified for each region. The unit prices are firm and include handling, shipping, environmental, and other applicable fees. The amendment maintains the existing contract terms, with prices remaining the same throughout the contract period. The estimated annual purchase volume for key items like Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% is 55,000 gallons, with a total regional price of $103,400.00.
