About this file
This document is Amendment No. 2 to AHCA Contract No. MED220, executed between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the "Agency") and Myers and Stauffer LC (the "Vendor"). The amendment modifies an existing contract that appears to involve pharmacy claims reconciliation and analysis services for the state's Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) health plans.
The amendment increases the contract amount by $1,206,833.00 to a total of $2,165,372.00, and extends the contract through multiple contract years (from 2022 to 2026). The vendor's primary responsibilities include developing quarterly and annual pharmacy claims reconciliation report templates, analyzing pharmacy claims reports submitted by SMMC health plans, validating expenditure data, monitoring compliance with contract terms, and providing detailed reports to the Agency. The contract includes specific deliverables for each quarter and year, with associated payments ranging from approximately $83,000 to $88,000 per quarterly report and annual analysis. The amendment also updates performance bond requirements for each contract year, with bond amounts calculated at 10% of the estimated annual contract amount.
