About this file
This document is Amendment No. 2 to AHCA Contract No. EXD108, a legal services contract between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the "Agency") and Ausley & McMullen, P.A. (the "Vendor"), a law firm providing legal services to the state agency.
The amendment increases the total contract amount from $125,000.00 to $150,000.00, representing a $25,000.00 increase for legal services. The contract specifies that fees shall not exceed $125,000.00, and the vendor is required to notify the agency in writing when billable services reach $118,000.00. The amendment maintains the existing terms of the original contract, with the primary change being the expanded financial allocation for legal services. The contract was executed in April 2020, with signatures from a shareholder at Ausley & McMullen and the Secretary of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, along with approval from the agency's General Counsel.
