About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to AHCA Contract No. EXD108, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the "Agency") and Ausley & McMullen, P.A. (the "Vendor"), a professional legal services firm. The amendment was executed in April 2020 and finalized with signatures in June 2023, involving state government contracting parties.

The amendment extends the original contract's term, modifying the contract period to begin on August 23, 2022, and end on June 30, 2024, inclusive. This represents the first renewal option for a twelve-month period beginning July 1, 2023, in accordance with Section 287.058 of Florida Statutes. The amendment allows for contract renewal up to three years or the original contract term, whichever is longer, and maintains all previous provisions not in conflict with this modification. The document was signed by key representatives, including Rick Figlio (Shareholder from Ausley & McMullen), Stefan Grow (Chief of Staff from AHCA), and Andrew Sheeran (General Counsel), with signatures dated between June 14 and June 29, 2023.
