About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment Number 3) to a Standard Professional Services Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and The Corradino Group, Inc. The agreement involves multiple FM Numbers covering CEI (Construction Engineering and Inspection) Services for the I-95 Interchange at SW 10th Street, including the area from SW 10th Street to West of Military Trail. The amendment is executed by the District Four Procurement Services Office located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and involves additional consulting firms including CDR Maguire, Inc., Consor Engineers, LLC, Foundation & Geotechnical Engineering, LLC, and Zeman Consulting Group, LLC.

The amendment modifies the original agreement by updating Section 6.2 regarding field office requirements, adding a new compensation element for field office rent and utilities, and reallocating $8,338,624.68 from Identified Optional Services to Miscellaneous Direct Expenses for Field Office Rent and Utilities. The total contract compensation is increased to $76,426,866.28, with specific allocations across different FM Numbers. The amendment covers reimbursement for field office expenses including utilities (electricity, water, natural gas, sewer, internet service, trash pick-up), set-up/mobilization and de-mobilization costs, and includes provisions for potential early lease termination. Utility costs associated with phone services are explicitly excluded from direct reimbursement.
