About this file
This document is a Name Change Amendment and Assignment Agreement between Target Engineering Group, LLC, Consor Engineers, LLC (formerly Infrastructure Engineers, LLC), and the State of Florida Department of Transportation. The agreement addresses a corporate name change and merger, effective November 27, 2018, when Infrastructure Engineers, LLC changed its name to Consor Engineers, LLC, and December 31, 2018, when Target Engineering Group was acquired by and merged into Consor Engineers.
The agreement covers multiple professional services contracts primarily related to transportation infrastructure, including bridge design, inspection, construction engineering, and project development across various Florida districts. The contracts span Districts 1-8 and involve services such as bridge repair, state and local bridge inspections, construction engineering and inspection (CEI), project development and environment (PD&E) studies, and pre-event natural disaster monitoring. The exhibit lists approximately 60 specific contracts with execution dates ranging from 2011 to 2018, covering a wide range of transportation-related engineering and consulting services. The assignment ensures that all existing contract obligations will continue under Consor Engineers, LLC, with no disruption to ongoing projects.
