About this file
This document is an Amendment (No. 2) to a Standard Professional Services Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and RS&H, Inc., originally executed on April 23, 2018. The amendment pertains to a contract for Construction Engineering and Inspection services for State Road 369 (US 319) from North of State Road 267 to Leon County Line in Wakulla County, with Financial Project No. 22049586201.
The amendment increases the contract's maximum limiting amount by adding funds for Basic Services (LA 4) by $155,486 and Miscellaneous Direct Expenses for Field Office Rent and Utilities (LA 5) by $11,672, bringing the total contract value to $2,538,470. The increase is attributed to added work and weather-related factors. Additionally, the amendment extends the completion of services by nine (9) months. The contract maintains its original Federal Aid Project (F.A.P.) No. 1991 064 P, with the incremental funding reflected in the updated Contract Compensation Summary.
